NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 22 July 2019. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The period of performance will be from 23 September 2019 through 27 September 2019. The FSC Code is U008. The NAICS Code is 611519, with a size standard of 15.0 (millions of dollars).
The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Master Rigger training services for the Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Georgia.
The solicitation will be available on or about 22 July 2019 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at: https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory.
ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
