STATEMENT OF WORK

for the Toolroom Mill

1.0 SCOPE

This Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the specific tasks to be performed by the contractor for the Toolroom Mill. The tasks cover fabrication, delivery, installation and training of the Toolroom Mill.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS

2.1 General

The contractor shall provide materials and services as required to manufacture, deliver and install the Toolroom Mill, p/n: TM-3P.

2.1.1 The contract shall provide the following commercial accessories for the Toolroom Mill:

Wireless Intuitive Probing System (WIPS-R)
Automatic Air Gun (AAG)
Chip Auger (CCTM-3P)
High-Flow Coolant Pump Kit (CPK-HF)
Rigid Tapping (RTAPMM)
CAT 40 Solid Pull Studs (JM31114HT)
Tool Cart (40T Tool Cart)

2.1.2 Installation

The contractor shall install the new unit within the designated area of the Toolroom floor.

2.1.3 Training

The contractor shall provide the commercial General User Training. The contractor shall provide the Commercial Manual with the training.

2.2 Changes.

This document is contractually enforceable. Additions, deletions or changes to this document shall be effective only after they have been jointly negotiated by the contractor and the government and implemented on the contract through appropriate written contract modifications issued by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO).

2.3 Quality Assurance

The Contractor shall have in place a production Quality Assurance (QA) system like or similar to ISO 9001. This QA system shall be able to ensure that manufactured configuration items are built to print, functional, and reliably made in accordance with (IAW) controlling technical drawings, specifications and standards. Each item manufactured as part of this contract shall have passed a Government final inspection prior to DD-250.

2.4 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Information

There is no GFE associated with the services to satisfy the requirements of this SOW.

2.5 Government Inspection and Acceptance

Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) shall oversee Inspection & Acceptance at origin.
