1. Question: We assume that NAVSEA requires a minimum of 15 years of legislative analysis from original/copyrighted news (not 3rd party). Please confirm.
1. Answer: Must meet or exceed NAVSEA’s minimum requirement as stated in Section C, Purchase Description.
2. Question: Does NAVSEA require a daily newsletter of hearings that will be covered for the day as well as future hearings?

3. Question: We assume that NAVSEA requires a minimum of 15 years of searchable archives of DOD and DON related Congressional Hearings. Please confirm.

We assume that NAVSEA requires a minimum of 45,000 searchable CRS reports dating back to the 104th Congress.
Please confirm.

Require access to all new and all past CRS reports dating back 15 years. The number 45,000 of reports is not critical to this requirement.
13. Question: There have been over 24,000 Floor Votes dating back to the 104th Congress (15 years). We assume that NAVSEA requires at least 24,000 searchable Floor Votes dating back to the 104th Congress. Please confirm.

Require access to all Floor votes dating back 15 years. Actual number 24,000 is not critical to this requirement.
14. Question: We assume that NAVSE A requires a minimum of 15 years of original/copyrighted (not 3rd party) news stories. Please confirm.

The requirement does not articulate that it be 15 years of original/copyrighted news coverage, but 15 years of
“comprehensive, non-partisan reporting.”
15. Question: (Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices) States that the requirement is for 30 users. Requirement in SOW lists 16 users. Please confirm the total number of user licenses needed.

16. Question: I was looking to clarify whether this solicitation is for 16 licensed users as stated on Page 7 #19, or if it’s for 30 licensed users as stated in the chart on page 3.
