Expiration Date of Current ContractN/AFLCN Philadelphia contract N00189-10-D-Z0006 was extended by 10 months to 10/31/2016 with one two-month option period thereafter that would conclude on 12/31/2016Contract N00189-11-D-0013 extended to 10/31/16 IAW FAR 52.217-8. There is sufficient ceiling remaining to issue additional task orders in order to allow for sufficient time to complete the follow-on and provide for a ramp-up period and issue task orders.Current contract expires 3/31/2016 - Philly issuing last TO to cover services thru June 30, 20163/31/2016 -- Mechanicsburg to process bridge/modification extension to current contract3/2/17
STATUSThe specialist continues to research and resolve discrepancies between contractor and government records. She is requesting funds from customers for those that have been resolved/confirmed to be accurate requests.Currently in source selection. Finalizing the past performance evaluation and conducting cost realismThrough discussions with NCTAMS on 5/26, it was discovered that the Centrex IGE and pricing spreadsheet (provided with the RFP) failed to include a significant number of items. NCTAMS was directed to conduct a secondary review and ensure all items are accounted for. The KO received the information on 6/13 and posted an amendment same day. On 5/24 Verizon requested a 5 week extension in order to review and price the additional items that were added via the amendment. The contracting officer granted a 4 week extension to 7/29.Agency Report submitted on 7/11; GAO decision due 9/21; Philly issued a bridge task order to cover services through 31 DecemberContract Specialist met with customer on 3/1/2016. The customer and IFOR CAM understands the PWS and IGE must be over-hauled before the the package is considered 'procurement-ready'. The CAM goal is to have the revised documents to FLCN on or about 01 May. The package will go through a customer review and IFOR CRRB prior to submittal to FLCN. Draft milestones were also provided. 3/22/2016 - Milestones provided to Andrew Clarke on 3/17/16 to use in RABC effort. 3/29 Mech reports The current end is 3/30, however the contract sill has ceiling left so they are planning to extend to 5/30. By this time Mech will a the bridge contract in place. Per Alizabeth Lee, IFOR CAM, revised package will be sent to me next week (week of 02 May). Nothing received as of 5/10. Had TELCON with CNMOC to discuss FA #2 and #4 on 5/12. Apparent from conversation that little to no work had been done on PWS since 3/1 meeting. Revised milestones sent 5/12 with a PWS receipt date of 6/15. Draft RABC to request 12-month bridge with 2 3-month options, taking current contract to Nov 2017 if all bridge actions approved and exercised. I spoke with Alizabeth on 5/31, some progress being made but responsibilities are in flux with shifting of requirement to PMW-120. Still not at a point where all 5 functional areas have been reviewed as a whole. Jordan requested meeting with IFOR leadership to discuss way ahead on 5/31. Revised PWS received 6/9 and returned to CNMOC on 6/13. Telcon set up for 6/15 to discuss. Based on info received this requirement may now be under SPAWAR purview/cognizance. Revised PWS received on 6/27/2016. Narrowing in on PWS, comments sent to CNMOC on 7/1/16. Awaiting procurement package. as of 7/5/16. PWS sent out for industry comment via NECO/FBO on 7/15 with closing date of 7/29. CNMOC returned to be on 8/8 but they had not revised the PWS. I returned to them with a deadline of 8/10, which they said on 8/10 they could not meet. Waiting for their respone as of 8/16.Comments sent to customer on 5/23 requesting additional information and re-work on IGE; customer confirmed receipt on 5/31 and working on response; conf call held with customer and CAM shop on 6/21, working on revised IGE
