DESCRIPTION:
MAGNETIC SHIELDING, TUNGSTEN IMPREGNATED POLYMER
24" X 12" X 0.75"; MAY BE ≥ 0.75” THICK BUT MUST BE ≤ 1.0”
QUANTITY: 120 PIECES
CAPABLE OF ADHERING TO ONE ANOTHER EXTENDING OUT FROM A VERTICAL PLANE. LAYERS MUST BE
ABLE TO ADHERE TO EACH OTHER AT ANY LOCATION.
COLOR MUST BE NON‐YELLOW AND HIGH CONTRAST TO TUNGSTEN MATERIAL FOR LABELING
PURPOSES
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
A. Fabricated in accordance with the materials and instructions listed below. Drawing width, length, and thickness dimensions are in inches and tungsten shielding density in grams per cubic centimeter.
B. Materials: see Tables 1 and 2
C. Each tungsten sheet shall be magnetized on each 12” x 24” surface such that sheets can be installed next to one another in multiple layers to continuously cover large areas. Minimum magnet strength will be capable of supporting at least 3 full sheets on carbon steel vertical surface.
