The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.
1. For minimum vessel requirement item – Freeboard – Maximum of 7M, can a ships gangway/pilot ladder suffice to meet max 7M distance for boarding or vessel itself has to have freeboard max 7M?
ANSWER: Yes, use of gangway/ladder are acceptable to meet the maximum freeboard of 7M distance.
