About this file

This amendment to a request for proposals modifies the requirements for a tanker voyage charter to transport a minimum of 240,000 barrels of clean product. The solicitation seeks a double-hulled tanker capable of carrying the specified cargo within segregated tanks and with a maximum draft of 12.3 meters. Offerors must provide a stowage plan demonstrating this capacity. The amendment adjusts the vessel, cargo, and layday requirements and extends the offer due date to December 8, 2021. The Military Sealift Command is seeking this vessel to transport cargo for the Department of the Navy.
