TO: ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS

SUBJECT: RFP N32205-20-R-4049; AMENDMENT 0002

REF: (A) MSC RFP N32205-20-R-4049, 07 JANUARY 2020, AS AMENDED

1. THE SUBJECT RFP IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

A. PART IV(aq) ECMRA: AMEND “HTTPS://DONCMRA.NMCI.NAVY.MIL” TO

READ “HTTPS://WWW.ECMRA.MIL”.

B. PART XI(e) PRICE: AMEND FROM SENTENCE BEGINNING “THE

EVALUATED PRICE….” TO READ “THE EVALUATED PRICE WILL BE PER

VESSEL OFFERED AND WILL BE COMPUTED BASED UPON THE ABOVE

COSTS SET FORTH IN THE OFFER, DIVIDED BY 111,746 (THE CARGO

AMOUNT IN SQUARE FEET), THEN DIVIDED BY 22 (THE NUMBER OF

CHARTER DAYS) TO FORMULATE A “PER SQUARE FOOT, PER DAY”

RATE. AWARD WILL BE MADE, IF AT ALL, TO THE OFFER WITH THE

LOWEST “PER SQUARE FOOT, PER DAY” RATE. THE PROPOSED PRICE

MUST BE DETERMINED TO BE FAIR AND REASONABLE.”

2. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
