QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The following is an answers to a questions received from potential offeror. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.

Question 1. Will you consider a upscale hotel which doesn't have "Kitchen" but offers meal vouchers (for either lunch or dinner) included in the room rate?

Answer: No

Question 2. Is the bid for single occupancy or double occupancy?

Answer: Single occupancy (1 person per room).

Question 3. Will consideration be given to a proposal that splits accommodations between 2 closely located Hotels?

Answer: No

Question 4. Will you accept a highly rated star hotel vice a diamond rated?

Answer: No. Any hotel proposed will need to be 3 diamond or higher....All verified via AAA website.

Question 5. Is this a re-announcement of a prior solicitation?

Answer: No. This is a new requirement.

Question 6. Will you accept a hotel that has a two burner induction stove-top that is not build into the counter in the hotel kitchen?

Answer: No. Stove top burners must be built-in. Appliances will not be accepted. Full kitchenettes are required.

Question 7. Will you consider apartments.

Answer: No. Apartments will not be considered.
