1.0 ABSTRACT:
1.1 Provide the services of OEM EMS MARCON technical representative to groom, upgrade and test the Cargo Control Console.

3.0 ITEM LOCATION/DESCRIPTION:
3.1 Description:
3.1.1 Main Cargo Console (EMS MARCON) 06 level

3.3.1 10 consecutive days within timeframe: February 1, 2020 – March 30, 2020
4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL/SERVICES:

5.0 NOTES:
5.1 The contractor and all subcontractors, regardless of tier must consult the General Technical Requirements (GTR) to determine applicability to this work item. In performance of this work item, the contractor and all subcontractors regardless of tier must comply with the requirements of all applicable GTRs.
6.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
6.1 All work to be accomplished to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer and the Port Engineer.
7.0 STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIRED:
7.1 Provide an EMS Marcon Technical Representative (OEM) to groom, upgrade, and test the system Cargo Control System, using 2.1.1 as guidance.
7.1.1 Perform checks as per enclosure 2.2.1 and submit results to the MSCREP at completion.
7.1.2 Provide and install newest approved version of the Primary, Secondary, and GR Node computers. Service report from 2019 MTA (2/10/19-2/17/19) refers.
7.1.3 Provide and install latest update to all associated software. Service report from 2019 MTA (2/10/19-2/17/19) refers.
7.2 Upon completion of repairs, the Tech Rep shall complete all required testing for cargo console to verify console and system are operating correctly in the presence of MSCREP.
