IG's office. I'm here with my colleague, Joe Peters.
The date is March 25, 2019. The time is 1355. This is NAVAIR IG Case Number 201804138. We are interviewing Captain John Smith as a witness in this case. The interview is being conducted via telephone from Pax River, Maryland. Captain Smith is located in
Norfolk, Virginia. He is in the offices of the
Inspector General for the Fleet Forces Command.
