STATEMENT OF WORK
STATEMENT OF WORK
Subject:
Perform specialized fire suppression inspection and certification on range vessels at NUWC Keyport and
Keyport/Bangor Docks.
Background:
The range vessels consist of the YTT’s 10 and 11, the TWR’s 7 and 8, the YP-701, and the crane barge IX-536. The systems are necessary for range operations as well as vessel and personnel safety.
Service Locations:
The range vessels will either be moored at NUWC Keyport or Keyport/Bangor Docks, depending on the range schedule. The Governments Technical POC is to coordinate date and times to perform services within the POP and is also responsible for assuring contractor personnel are permitted access to locations needed to perform these services.
Scope of Work:
The inspection and certification required is based on the different classes of vessels and as such the equipment varies. Repair Options have been included for any unforeseen hydro tests, recharge, and repair or replacement parts needed in order to complete service.
