1 What are the estimated gallons of propane per delivery?

There is no way to know how many gallons would be delivered per fill. It will change based on last fill, weather, how many gallons used, how many gallons it would take to fill to 80%, and tank size.

2 How is the propane stored ? Propane is stored in the nine tanks listed in the contract.

3 Do you have a bulk propane tank?

Do you need vendors tanks?

We do not have a bulk storage tank. We have our own tanks and filled as needed basis. Random.

4 Do you need 20-pound propane bottles? (How many bottles per delivery?)

We do not require 20lb. propane tanks.

5 What are the locations of the nine buildings?

The nine tanks are all located on Ft. Pickett in a two block area.

6 We are unable to hold a price for 1 year. We can offer a fixed markup.

Is that acceptable?

We cannot accept a fixed mark-up.

7 Who owns the tanks being bid under this solicitation? Or are these new buildings?

The tanks belong to Amerigas. The new awardee has 30 days from the start of the period of performance to replace any leased tanks.
