The unit price includes both copies of each page and is not a per page per copy rate.

2. A “five-day transcript” is an ordinary copy to be delivered within 5 working days following the close of the proceeding. It consists of two (original and e-transcript) of the transcript with an index, one copy of the manuscript with an index, and one copy on CD. The unit price includes both copies of each page and is not a per page per copy rate.

3. A “three-day transcript” is an ordinary copy to be delivered within 3 working days following the close of the proceeding. It consists of two copies (original and e-transcript) of the transcript with an index, one copy of the manuscript with an index, and one copy on CD. The unit price includes both copies of each page and is not a per page per copy rate.

4. A “one-day transcript/Next Day” is an ordinary copy to be delivered 1 working day following the close of the proceeding. It consists of two copies (original and e-transcript) of the transcript with an index, one copy of the manuscript with an index, and one copy on CD. The unit price includes both copies of each page and is not a per page per copy rate.

5. “Immediate delivery of transcript/Same Day” is the immediate delivery of the not yet proofread rough draft of the proceeding at the end of a proceeding session in CD form or e-transcript to the GTA. The COR will specify on the request which format the GTA would prefer. Immediate deliveries are not done in lieu of the transcripts described above.

Typewriting and Materials:

1. All transcripts shall be printed or typed in black ink, 10 letters to the inch and except for the blue cover sheets all transcripts shall be made on white linen or other paper of good quality. White paper shall be 8 1/2 x 11 inches with a ruled margin of 1 ¾ inches at the left side and a ruled margin of 3/8 inch at the right side. Typewriting or printing shall be 25 lines to the page, with two single spaces between lines except for cover sheets and caption pages. Names of counsel shown on the caption page(s) and addresses applicable thereto shall be single spaced with two single spaces between each name and address, the name being indented 1 1/2 inches from the left marginal line, for ease of identification. Paper shall be punched with two holes 1/2 inch in diameter in the left (side) margin of the paper, such holes to be 3/8 inch from the left edge of the sheet, 81/2 inches from center to center of the hole, and the two holes centered on the paper.

Numbers from I to 25 shall be printed at the left of the left marginal line so the typewritten lines of the transcript (where two single spaces are made between each line) being opposite the appropriate number to permit rapid calculation of the number of lines per page.

2. All printing or typewriting, except for titles, or captions which are centered or otherwise placed on the page for balance or which are indented as herein provided for ease of identification, shall begin as close to the left marginal line on each page as possible and shall extend as near as possible to the right marginal line, words being properly hyphenated when necessary.

Style and Content:

1. Each transcript shall begin with a title page which shall set forth the title of the proceedings, the name of the GTA, the time of the proceeding commenced, the place of proceeding, and the names and addresses of counsel appearing at the proceeding and the names of all other persons present at the proceedings. After this shall follow the table of contents. Then shall follow the notes of the proceedings in order of presentation, together with the time the proceeding closed.

2. The table of contents shall show the page numbers at which the witness was sworn in, examination of the witness commenced, concluded, breaks were taken, and exhibits were entered into the record.

3. Transcript pages shall be numbered in the upper right comer above line number I. The last of the witnesses whose testimony is recorded in the page shall be shown in the center of the page parallel to the page number. The name and page number shall not count as a line for payment purposes.

4. The numbering of the pages of the transcript shall be in a single series for each or proceeding day.

Each daily transcript shall have a volume number which is the same as the proceeding day (e.g.

transcript for day one will be volume I; day five volume 5, etc.). Both the volume and page number will be shown in the upper right page comer (e.g. 2-35) or in Arabic numerals. The number of pages of transcript of a further proceeding shall follow consecutively the paging of the previous proceeding in the same proceeding, unless otherwise directed by the GTA.

A002 MANUSCRIPTS (CONDENSED TRANSCRIPT)

Each proceeding transcript shall include a verbatim copy of the transcript in reduced format -- with four pages of testimony on a single page at the rates specified in the contract.

The contractor shall also index each reduced format transcript. The GTA may identify subjects to be included in the index. A copy of the index shall also be included in the transcript.

A003 EXHIBITS

Exhibits included in the record will be hyperlinked with the transcripts and a hard copy delivered to the requesting party with the transcript. Before being delivered, exhibits shall be arranged by the reporter in numerical order in each series, properly marked and bound in separate covers for each series. If the numerical sequence is broken by exhibits having been withdrawn, or by absence of any exhibits for any reason, a memorandum shall be inserted by the reporter in the place of each missing exhibit, stating its nature, how numbered and marked, the reason for its absence and its custodian.

Marking:

1. Each Exhibit shall be marked and numbered in the lower right corner.

2. When documentary exhibits, newspaper clippings, etc. are too small to mark or when marking would obliterate writing, printing, etc., the exhibit shall be securely mounted on a letter-size (8 1/2 x 11 inches) sheet of heavy manila paper and with pen and ink the mounting sheet shall be marked with the identifying exhibit number.

3. When physical exhibits, such as glassware, films, metal, etc., cannot be legibly and permanently stamped and marked upon their surfaces, the contractor shall tag or affix to each such exhibit an adhesive tape surface sufficient to receive proper authentication.

Numbering: Unless otherwise directed by the GTA, the numbering of exhibits introduced at a proceeding shall follow consecutively the number on the last previous exhibit. The opposing party exhibits shall be marked A-1, A-2, A-3, etc. Government exhibits shall be marked G-1, G-2, G-3, etc.

Custody: See the Performance Work Statement

Hard Copy/Scanned Exhibits shall not be included into the record unless the GTA so directs.

A004 MONTHLY REPORTS

The contractor shall provide a monthly report specifying the usage by ELIN in detail for that month. The report shall specify the cumulative amount per ELIN used to date and the amount per ELIN used for that month.

File details come from the government source that posted it.
