1. If our understanding on the request is accurate, these accounts are already setup and active with DIRECTV (with 1 exception). This request is to continue this service with DIRECTV, under an Authorized 3rd Party Biller. Do we have that understanding correct?
Answer: Correct. This will be a one year period of performance.
1. The Items listed for quotation, mention “Satellite Support”. Other than reselling the programming, what other support would be needed/requested with this?
Answer: Generally, the dealer of record would also assist with any services calls, equipment troubleshooting and/or replacement of hardware, and questions related to billing if they are 3rd party billing, etc.
1. Page 13 of 62 mentions “(o) Warranty”. What would this be referring to? The existing equipment on-site?
Answer: It would refer to any materials delivered under this contract. If not applicable, the clause will is self-deleting.
1. Some line items mention “Additional Receiver Counts” while others do not. Are we to assume that those items without that mention, would only have 1 receiver?
Answer: Yes. Where no additional receivers are mentioned, the account only has 1 receiver.
1. Are any of the receivers currently utilized, considered DVR’s?
Answer: No, the most common receivers for Government customer are HD only and not DVRs.
1. Line Item “0004” requests “Music Channels”. Are we to assume that these are the Music Choice Add on channels, with DIRECTV?
Answer: Yes.
5. If so, which Music Choice Package is requested? The Basic package.
1. Line Item “0008” Mentions “*NEW* Additional Receiver Access”. Is this to say that we are to provide an additional receiver?
Answer: Yes.
