The product must be commercially available and meet the specifications.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The product shall meet the following requirements

1. Capable of operating in an aircraft environment

2. Data collection uses a single laser pulse. Also known as Flash LiDAR.

3. Image range capability of 1000 meters or further

4. The system shall use an eyesafe laser for illumination with a wavelength larger than

1.4 micrometers and less than 2.0 micrometers and shall transmit through the atmosphere.

5. Capable of providing 3D images of target

6. Image resolution of 100x100 pixels or greater

7. Framerate of 10Hz or better

8. Range Resolution shall be less than 15cm at 1000 meters range

9. Commercial, off the shelf (No customization)

10. Field of View (FOV) capability to image targets between 30-60 meters in length at

1000 meter range

11. Hardware user interface options include an Ethernet port

12. Input voltage between 24-32V DC

13. Minimal total system power draw, and no greater than 40 watts

14. Minimal total system weight, (illuminator and camera), and no greater than 5kg

15. Minimal system volume, with dimensional limits no greater than:

Height <12”, Depth <12”, Width <10”

16. Minimal lead time, with delivery no later than February 2018
