The solicita on Minimum Specifica on states DFT Hi-100 style control valve and mount adapter.

This is not a sole source or brand name requirement. All quotes will be evaluated using the Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.

The following are the minimum requirements a quote must meet to be deemed acceptable for the Technical Capability factor:

1) Vendors shall provide supply items mee ng or exceeding the Minimum Specifica ons. Your detailed quote shall be of sufficient detail to allow the Contrac ng Officer and Technical Review to make a determina on that you fully understand and meet or exceed each line item in the Minimum Specifica on requirement.
