MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

NOTE: The attached Performance Work Statements (PWS), entitled “PWS PHNX CSCS” and “PWS PHNX LCSW” are Draft versions only. They may be revised during the acquisition process and/or based on the results of this Sources Sought Notice and Market Research Questionnaire.
1. How does the commercial sector view PHNX Services, in terms of risk to the contractor? (Grouping of services to be performed, Firm-fixed price versus Cost Reimbursable contracts, contract length) Please provide details.
2. Do you have any concerns/comments in regards to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statements (PWS) Is they too restrictive, not detailed enough, etc? Please provide details.
3. How much time do you need between the contract award and the performance start date in order to be able to have the personnel in place to perform the required services?
4. How do you dissolve problems timely concerning the provision of back-up coverage during the absence of personnel servicing this requirement (timeframes for adequate replacement? Staffing?)?
4. Overall, do you have any other comments, concerns and recommendations?
