Section C: Justification for Soliciting from a Single Source or Brand Name

Monaco Enterprises works with the existing companies in the Emergency Communications Center. With the business relationships already established, all Monaco technicians are able to repair, update and train on their equipment. The unity allows for reduced labor costs, reduced installation, no sub-contracting.

This system is proprietary to Monaco Enterprises. They do not have any authorized distributors for the required product or service.

Section E: Steps to Preclude Future Single Source or Brand Name Awards

Market research will be conducted to see what other systems exist when the Monaco Enterprise System is due for replacement. If there are other cost effective options at that time the Government will explore those alternatives.
