Mobile C-Arm fluoroscopic X-ray system to include on-site user training for all components and accessories at Keesler AFB, MS.

Salient characteristics include:

- Must be able to be wiped cleaned with bleach and water solutions per 81 MDGI 41-172.

- Must accept trade-ins of current OEC 9900 Elite Digital Mobile C-Arms o Serial Number

- Shall include on-site user training for the full system to include all components and accessories for at least 5 technologist/5 radiologist

- Shall include BMET training at vendor location

- Vendors shall only quote products that have a first look maintenance contract available at DLA troop support

- Vendors shall only quote items which already have an Authorization to Operate/Authorization to

Connect (ATC) or shall agree to complete the ATO/ATC. Vendor agrees to comply with IA Terms necessary to complete RMF IV&V process and achieve a system ATO.

o If undergoing the RAPID ATO/ATC or ATO-C process, the vendor shall also be working towards a full RMF accreditation.

o The system shall be installed in accordance with the ATO/ATC configuration.

o If no ATC, Vendor has provided a completed Joint Medical Device Risk Assessment

Questionnaire for the offered system.

o The system shall have an OS with current commercial support.

o All major component software applications (SQL, IIS, .Net, etc.) have current commercial support.

o Vendor must agree to renew ATO for life of equipment purchased

- Submission must include only equipment and part numbers that are FDA approved, and commercially available at the time of quote submissions o All items should be on a DLA contract when quoting

- Vendor must specify the nearest service personnel, and service support shall be within an 8 hour phone/email response, and 8 hour onsite

- Must include 1 set of operator/user manuals and 2 sets of digital equivalents on site

- Must include at least a 1 year warranty

- Must include any required position devices

- Must include a fully integrated, maneuverable and ergonomic workstation

- Must have a user-friendly operator interface with minimal procedure steps to streamline workflow

- Must have at least 32” 4K UHD Display for physician viewing during surgical procedures

- Must include an articulation monitor that extends up to at least 27” with a full range of motion

- Must be able to perform live zoom and measurements on display screen

- Must include a smart connect device where the C-Arm can be disconnected and reconnected without rebooting

- Must include at least a 21 cm x 21cm flat detector for patient imaging

- Must be able to provide at least six dose control options: digital spot, digital cine pulse, high level fluoroscopy, standard fluoroscopy, low dose and pulse

- Must include a tech viewing monitor

- Must be able to support vascular, cardiac, orthopedics, gastrointestinal, endoscopic, urologic, critical care, pain management, and emergency procedures

- Must be able to provide access to at least 55 degrees of over scan
