Exhibit Case Questions/Answers Listed below are additional questions and answers regarding the table display exhibit case specifications and delivery?
· Question: What material is used for the base of the exhibit case? (Ex. Wood)
Answer: The base of the exhibit case is wood.
· Question: Will the LED light need to have a power supply and which side should the wires be on?
Answer: The LED lights will need a power supply and for consistency with the other cases at the Academy, the wires will need to be on the left of the cabinets.
· Question: What is the expected delivery time?
Answer: Before May 15 if possible, to kick-off the National Maritime Day
· Question: Is there any climate control requirements for humidity?
Answer: Please refer to the Sample exhibit cases ordered from Gaylord Brothers
· Question: Will the exhibit case be permanent or temporary?
Answer: The exhibit cases will be permanent.
· Question: Are there any security requirements?
Answer: There are no security requirements
· Question: Are the legs round or square as the picture isn’t clear enough but I need to be sure?
Answer: Please refer to the Sample diagrams that are attached in the solicitation
· Question: What is the display height (glass part), a foot?
· Question: Which side opens or should have the security lock?
