MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE
Welding Instructor Services Satellite Camp Prison (SCP) La Tuna
Anthony, Texas
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of accredited Welding Instructor services. The contractor must be an accredited entity. Welding Instruction will be provided to the incarcerated inmate population at SCP La Tuna located at 8500 Doniphan, Anthony, Texas 79821. The contractor will provide Welding instruction that will qualify inmates for at least an entry level position in the industry. There will be an estimated maximum of twelve (12) inmate participants in the Welding program.
The Supervisor of Education will determine the minimum and maximum number of enrollments. The services will be required Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (excluding federal holidays). The schedule is subject to be adjusted to meet program the needs of the institution. A mutually agreed upon schedule between the contractor and the Bureau of Prisons will be determined following award of a contract.
The Government contemplates awarding a single indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract for one base year and four option years.
