Q&A for Cabinets

1. Adjustable Shelves?

Yes

2. Doors?

Yes

3. Doors with keyed locks or hasp for padlock?

Keyed

4. Please specify gauge of metal 22 gauge is very thin and does not last long. 18gauge should be the minimum gauge recommended.

22 Gauge.

5. Do the cabinets need to be ventilated or should they have solid panels and doors.

Solid

Keyed

7. Regarding notice ID M6700424Q0023 for (62) cabinets measuring 78” x 36” x 24”, do you have any more details on what is required of the cabinets? For example, do they need to be ventilated, secured with a padlock hasp, single door or double door, etc.? I also see it says “unassembled” in the description. Is the customer expecting the lockers to show up needing to be bolted together, or will a fully welded cabinet that is delivered ready to use, no assembly required, going to be okay? Attached is a catalog of the style of cabinet we would like to submit a price for.

Double Door. Solid. Unassembled means we will complete light assembly i.e. put the shelves in.

8. We would like to know if a 90 Day Delivery Time would be acceptable for this solicitation.

At this time delivery is not an evaluation factor.

9. I need to confirm if you need alternate quotes for each of the Four models shown in the specs above. The quantity will be 62 for each model and final approval will be for one of the models?

Only a quote for the 78"(Inches)X36"(Inches)X24" (Inches) Cabinet with a quantity of 62 will be required.

10. Would just like to clarify the sizes needed. In the item specifications, it lists 36x18x78 cabinets as "Now"; however, the contract only lists the 24in. Is Qty62 of the 78x36x24 cabinets what are needed?

Only 78"(Inches)X36"(Inches)X24" (Inches) with a quantity of 62 is required.
