The Marine Corps Logistics Command Contracts Department (Code S1950) intends to solicit and contract with Astronics Test Systems Inc. on a sole-source basis for continuing annual maintenance support for 9500 PAWS. This includes the software support for PAWS and TESTBASE
Development Systems. The escrow agreement for which Astronics Test Systems will maintain the versions of the software used by the Marine Corps and only the Marine Corps requested bug fixes to the escrow software. (See attached Justification and Performance Work Statement).
Period of Performance:
01 May 2019 to 30 Apr 2020
01 May 2020 to 30 Apr 2021
01 May 2021 to 30 Apr 2022
The purchase will consist of the following;

9500 PAWS Development System Version 1.27.2
9505 PAWS test Diagram Generator Version 1.27.2
4631 TETS ATLAS Complier Version 3.22.3
System Origin – Astronics test Systems

Award Procedures – The Government will solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial services with an estimated total below the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is no later than 30 April 2019.
