Scope. The Government requires a repair of on the HARDINGE T-42 LATHE, as required by FRCEast, Cherry Piont, NC. This lathe supports all aircraft programs here at FRC East Cherry Point this lathe is utilized by Shop 93552 in Building 137 of FRCE. The Government requires the contractor to execute this repair services. If this repair is not effective, the contractor will provide an evaluation to return this equipment to full function.
Requirements.
0. Parts Catcher Repair Contractor shall provide all labor and material/parts required to execute repair requirements for the to include any documentation deliverable requirements.
0. Maunfacturer: HARDINGE Model: T-42 LATHE Serial Number: ML 000282/T42 Asset Number: 65923087171 The contractor shall remove, rebuild, and reinstall the parts catcher and gripper arm. The sub spindle crashed into the parts catcher gripper arm, which inturn broke the gripper arm. Also resolving the low voltage alarms by repairing all wiring and circuitry that were damaged in the crash.

0. S1 + S2 and SP9051 Low Volt Power Circuit Once the repair effort are executed the contractor shall execute a final acceptance test to include multiple test parts to be made successfully for Government acceptance of equipment repair.
If this repair is not effective, the contractor will provide an evaluation and quote to return this equipment to full function.
0. Delivery The repair shall be completed within 120 business days after contract award.
