Synopsis – M67001-16-Q-0155

The Marine Corps Air Station, New River, NC and Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for Range Sweep services.

The Government will solicit (M67001-16-Q-0155) and award this contract using FAR Part 13, Simplified

Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the

Government utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed price contract on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% small business set aside, the associated North American

Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541370, Surveying and Mapping, business size standard is $15.0 Million. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective 14 June 2016 and DFARS Change Notice

(DCN) 20160802, effective 02 August 2016.

The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 08 August 2016. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and

Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
