Details:
The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center needs to conduct off-site ski training at a location with lodging and conference room/classroom facilities. MWTC’s requirement is as follows:
Ski Season Passes
The Government’s intent is to minimize training costs. To meet that intent, the Government is requesting Season
Passes that meet the following criteria:
Passes shall be valid from 1 Dec 2014 to 3 Apr 2015.
Passes shall be transferable-any government personnel must be able to use any pass.
Passes shall be unrestricted-there shall be no blackout dates.
Passes will be picked up on the check-in date of the first course (see date below).
Lodging
Lodging is needed as follows:
-Check-in: 1 Dec 2014. Check-out: 5 Dec 2014 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 40 (20 Rooms).
-Check-in: 8 Dec 2014. Check-out: 12 Dec 2014 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 40 (20 Rooms).
-Check-in: 12 Jan 2015. Check-out: 16 Jan 2015 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 56 (28 Rooms).
-Check-in: 9 Feb 2015. Check-out: 13 Feb 2015 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 10 (5 Rooms).
-Check-in: 23 Feb 2015. Check-out: 27 Feb 2015 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 10 (5 Rooms).
-Check-in: 9 Mar 2015. Check-out: 13 Mar 2015 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 56 (28 Rooms).
-Check-in: 30 Mar 2015. Check-out: 3 Apr 2015 (4 nights). Number of personnel: 10 (5 Rooms).
Pricing for lodging shall be based on double occupancy (2 personnel per room). Quoted prices must reflect this requirement. Pricing must be quoted per CLIN and include use of the conference room/ classroom. Each block of dates shall be quoted separately as reflected on the RFQ CLIN breakdown.
Conference Room/Classroom
In addition to lodging, the contractor shall provide adequate Conference Room/Classroom space for each block of dates and for the number of personnel specified above. Conference Room/Classroom space is not required on the check-out date.
Check-In/Check-Out
Contractor’s check-in/check-out procedures will be followed, except that only one member of the group shall be required to sign for all the rooms. This person will be identified at the time of contract award, or prior to the check-in date in case there is a change.
Invoicing
Invoicing will be done separately for each CLIN using WAWF at the end of each Period of Performance.
