| PWS Paragraph 6.4 states: "Existing hardware shall remain in place and will be kept in an operational state as part of the maintenance contract renewal." However, there are no line items to procure Extended Hardware Warranty services for the SecureLogix branded hardware. Does the government require Extended warranty for the ETM Hardware installed at the site (Quantity three ETM-3200 series appliances and associated card sets and Quantity two ETM-1000 Series appliances)? If so, there is no line item specified for this in the SF 1449 continuation sheet. |
Yes the extended warranty is needed An additional CLIN will be added to the solicitation.

-PWS Paragraph 3.6 "specifies that updates will be provided twice a year for the Harassing Callers List (HCL). " This is a separately priced item that is not part of our Customer Care Bundle, however there is no line item specified for this in the SF 1449 continuation sheet. Updates to the HCL can be quoted, but since that line item does not exist on the SF 1449, how does the government wish to have this service quoted? The easiest option would to be to add that line item to the SF 1449 to include this.
Yes, the HCL updates are needed.
An additional CLIN will be added to the solicitation
