About this file

This memorandum documents a sole source justification for a purchase order to GoldenGate Software for Oracle software maintenance support. The Army Training Information Systems requires maintenance support to provide patches, software revisions, version updates, and technical support to keep its GoldenGate application fully functional, operational, and compliant. Only Oracle Corporation or an Oracle-authorized reseller can provide this support without voiding the current warranty. The anticipated cost is fair and reasonable based on limited competition. The related solicitation seeks software renewal for Oracle GoldenGate from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis.
