LASER SYSTEM

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The Naval Surface Warfare center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD)

2.0APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications; and
2.2Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines
3.0REQUIREMENTS
3.1The Contractor shall provide the following equipment, manufactured by IPG Photonics Corporation:

3.2The Contractor shall provide installation of the equipment provided.
3.3The Contractor shall ensure all equipment is operational in accordance with OEM specifications.
3.4The Contractor shall provide each Contractor employee with the personal protective equipment required to do their job safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
3.4.1All Contractor personnel shall maintain social distancing and wear a facemask at all times while onsite at the NSWCDD base until notified otherwise by the government.
3.5The Contractor shall coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) identified below to complete this work.
4.0GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION (GFP/GFM/GFI)

5.0 SECURITY

The work to be performed under this contract is unclassified.

6.0 TRAVEL

The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: One (1) personnel to Dahlgren, VA for one (1) day.
