Building 350 Lactation Modules
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The 21st Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources with the capability to provide the described commodities and installation as requested. A contractor shall procure/produce lactation modules that meet or exceed the specifications in the Statement of Objectives and install in the designated locations. All modules will be placed near major entrances to building 350 at Peterson Space Force Base.
The anticipated solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 337127 – Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this code is 500 employees.
Please respond to items 1-5 below with your submission:
1. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 337127 – Institutional Furniture Manufacturing? Do you agree with the proposed NAICS of 337127? If not, what NAICS do you suggest?
2. Is your firm eligible for participation in any small business program? If so, please indicate the program: “8(a)” program, Women-owned small business concern, Veteran-owned small business concern, Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern, or other.
3. Is your business capable and interested in providing the required lactation modules and incidental installation IAW the Statement of Objectives and attachments?
4. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to draft a quote? Can a quote be provided within 48 hours of a request for quotation?
5. Provide any additional questions or comments related to the requirement in general. All responses will be posted.
This Sources Sought Announcement is solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or Request for Quote. Please send responses, questions, and capabilities briefings with a subject heading of “Building 350 Lactation Modules” to: Contracting Officer, casey.watson.5@us.af.mil by Monday, 26 September 2022 at 0800 Mountain Standard Time.
