SPECIFICATIONS
GENERAL TC \l2 "GENERAL:
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Wild Horse and Burro Center at Palomino Valley has a requirement for 660 12’x 6’ WW Classic 512 livestock panels and 660 6’ WW Classic 2-way posts. Delivery will be made approximately from June 8, 2015 through July 7, 2015. The panels and posts shall be WW Livestock panels and posts of the 512 Classic type.
PANEL SPECIFICATIONS TC \l2 "
GRASS HAY SPECIFICATIONS:
· Made of 2" x 14 gauge material with 50,000 P.S.I. yield strength
· Panels mount 6' high on separate steel posts
· All panel joints saddle cut for extra strength.
· Need to be powder coat finish pre-galvanized or hot dipped to make them long lasting.
· Need to be colored grey or tan.
· Need to be interchangeable with each other and the panels currently at the facility that meet these specifications without any additional adapters or tools.
· From bottom to top the panel must be 59 1/2” tall with 6 rails (one centered every foot.)
· Width must be 138 ½”.
· Clips must be 2 ½” long with an opening of 1 ¼” wide.
· The two clips must be set at 12 1/2” and 54 1/2 measuring from top of panel to top of 2 ½” clips POST REQUIREMENTS TC \l2 "
BALE REQUIREMENTS
· All posts have two, three and four-way pins as ordered.
· Must be 6’ in length
· Made of pipe 1/8” thick (schedule 40)
· Need to be powder coat finish pre-galvanized or hot dipped to make them long lasting
· Colors can be red, grey, or tan.
· Pins made of solid rod iron 5/8”

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery shall be made between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Delivery shall begin within 2 business days of award of contract.
If an emergency occurs, deliveries may be requested for a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, providing the Contractor notifies the COR on the preceding Friday and/or within the preceding work day of the scheduled holiday.
