Section B: Description of the Supplies/Services Required
Workshop showcasing the capabilities of the KPMG as tailored for the Air Force Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (AF CROWS). The is designed to transition teams from a reactive to a proactive cyber defense capability.
Section C: Justification for Soliciting from a Single Source or Brand Name
KPMG is offering a unique, innovative and meritorious method, approach, or concept that has been independently developed which is demonstrated by the proposal.
-- While all of the pieces of Cyber Security exist in a stand alone method by other contractors, as found through a Market Survey, KPMG brings them all together in a unique way not found from other sources. KPMG combines six modules to provide a unique methodology for defensive cyber operations.

Market Research by trade show attendance did not find comparable products nor services.
Section E: Steps to Preclude Future Single Source or Brand Name Awards
Deeper Market Survey based on the capabilities understood from the to-be contracted workshop through KPMG.
