PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
SPECIFICATIONS
Keyence BZ X810 All-in-One Fluorescence Microscope
1. Introduction: A Project Plan objective of the CGRU requires working with cooperators at North Carolina State University (NCSU) and use new fluorescent imagery to study cotton fiber development. The technique requires a number of different magnification objectives, sampling filters and software. As the project progresses, additional microscopy capabilities will be needed and can be obtained by adding accessories to the existing Keyence unit instead of buying a new microscope. NCSU developed the technique using the Keyence all-in-one unit and we need to have the same unit to be able to conduct our part of the research and produce images and data that are comparable to previous and future results obtained by NCSU.
2. Scope: The Contractor shall provide the BZX Fluorescence Microscope unit, BZX Microscope Head, BZ Support Package, BZX Hardware Module, BZX Multi-Stack Module, BZX Software, BZX Analyzer Software and BZ Objective Lens 2X, 10X, 20X.
3. Technical Requirements: Said device must meet or exceed the following requirements.
