Rooms 402 and 403: Seller must provide and install items listed on equipment sheet attached.
The new instructor podiums on each side of the combinable classrooms. The projection systems will be able to combine or divide as needed to accommodate the desired use. Each podium will be 33” wide (see line items) and will have a built-in document camera drawer and flip-top shelf.
The new podiums will have built-in AV equipment racks to house the AV system components and an Extron cable cubby (see line items) on top to provide a convenient location to connect a laptop computer to power and AV cables. A new 7” color touch panel (see line items) will be the user interface to the AV control system and will be located at the instructor podium. All computer and video sources for each classroom will connect to a new AV system switcher (see line items) in the podium. The switcher must have a built-in AV control processor (see line items) that connects to the touch panel (see line items), and an audio amplifier (see line items) that will power the existing wall mounted speakers. The output from the AV switcher will route to new laser projectors via digital twisted pair extenders. New surface mount raceway will be installed from the front wall to route new AV cable to the laser projector and speakers. The new
AV systems will be tested and operational instructions will be provided after the completed installation. New 1920x1200 resolution, 5000 ANSI lumen laser projectors will replace the existing projectors. The new laser projectors are rated for 20,000 hours and do not have standard projection lamps.

Rooms 308 and 311: Seller must provide and install items listed on equipment sheet attached.
Seller will provide and install new instructor podiums in each of the satellite classrooms. Each podium will be 33” wide and will have a built-in document camera drawer and flip-top shelf.
The new podiums will have built-in AV equipment racks to house the AV system components and an Extron cable cubby on top to provide a convenient location to connect a laptop computer to power and AV cables. A new 7” color touch panel will be the user interface to the AV control system and will be located at the instructor podiums.
