About this file
This pamphlet from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst provides antiterrorism awareness information for contractors working on the military installation. It defines terrorism and advises contractors to be alert to their surroundings, recognizing people and vehicles that do not belong. Contractors are instructed to report suspicious activities including surveillance of the base, elicitation attempts to obtain protected information, tests of security procedures, acquisition of restricted items, and out-of-place persons. The pamphlet outlines the different force protection conditions that may be implemented on the base from normal to delta, and the increased security measures associated with each level such as vehicle inspections and restricted access. It provides emergency contact information for reporting incidents.
