Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles (ALBPP) Janitorial Services (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025)
All services to be performed weekly.
Entrance / Lobby/ Reception Areas
• Clean entrance glass, inside and out
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted area(s) including rugs.
Dust all horizontal surfaces (counters, file cabinets, etc.) 8 feet and below. Damp wipe as needed.
Hallways / Corridors
• Vacuum all carpeted area including rugs.
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.
Restroom(s)
• Clean and disinfect all toilets, toilet seats and urinals inside and out.
• Clean and disinfect all sinks, counters, mirrors and partitions.
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.
• Restock all toilet tissue, hand towels, and hand soap.
• Damp wipe exterior of dispensers with disinfectant.
Breakroom/ Kitchen Areas
• Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops.
• Clean microwave inside and out.
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.
Offices
• Sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas including under furniture.
Dust all horizontal surfaces (counters, file cabinets, etc.) 8 feet and below. Damp wipe as needed.
Conference Room
• Vacuum all carpeted areas including under furniture.
• Clean and dust conference room furniture (table, credenza, etc.)
Dust all horizontal surfaces (counters, file cabinets, etc.) 8 feet and below. Damp wipe as needed.
Entire Facility
• Empty trash and sanitary napkin receptables and replace liners (liners furnished by vendor).
• Disinfect phones, door knobs, light switches.
• Clean baseboards and ledges.
• Dust blinds, windowsills, and air vents.
• Disinfect high touch surfaces using disinfectant cleaners.
Additional Information:
✓ Vendor will provide proof of liability insurance and all cleaning supplies.
✓ 1st day of cleaning and weekly schedule must be confirmed after receipt of the FY 24 purchase order and approved by Officer in Charge or office location designee.

✓ Payment will be made in arrears.
✓ Invoices billed Monthly after services are rendered and emailed to invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov monthly.
