WORK PERFORMANCE

Services to be Performed Three (3) Times a Week

Restrooms: (including shower area and utility closets)

a. Floors shall be swept and damp mopped with a disinfectant. Cleaned floors shall be streak free and all black marks removed.

b. Water closets and urinals shall be washed and sanitized. All rust, hard water encrustations or rings shall be removed, toilet brush needs to be used. Traps shall be maintained free from odor at all times.

c. Areas around and on door handles/plates, stall latches, light switches, and other surfaces that are frequently touched, shall be washed and disinfected.

d. Washbasins and countertops shall be cleaned with disinfectant and mirrors damp-wiped with glass cleaner and dried as necessary to keep them in a clean condition. All rust, hard water encrustations shall be removed. Paper towels shall be completely supplied where towel boxes and dispensers are provided.

e. Shelving, dispensers, and chromium fixtures shall be damp-wiped and sanitized/polished.

f. All other surfaces shall be spot-cleaned and horizontal surfaces dusted, including lockers.

g. Paper towel waste receptacles shall be emptied and replaced with a new plastic liner. Towels, soap, seat cover, deodorant cakes and toilet tissue dispensers replenished. All trash will be removed to main disposal area (covered dumpster) furnished by the Government located near barn area.

h. Restroom surface area of wall, doors, windowsills and frames shall be damp wiped with a disinfectant.

i. Shower room and stalls shall be cleaned and disinfected, all soap scum removed from shower stalls, chromium fixtures shall be damp-wiped and polished.

j. Utility Closets shall be swept and cleaned with a disinfectant (including faucet connections and shelves). Utility sink should be cleaned/sanitized and traps shall be maintained free from odor at all times.

k. Replace light bulbs as needed.

Office Area Cleaning: (including office areas, conference rooms, closets, and hallways)

a. Wipe with a treated dust cloth, all furniture, tables, bookcases, countertops, office equipment, windowsills, filing cabinets and safes.

b. All wastebaskets shall be emptied and trash removed to main disposal area (covered dumpster).

Wastebaskets shall be lined with a new plastic liner. Includes trashcan outside west entrance door.

c. Carpet and walk-off mats shall be vacuumed completely, to remove all dirt, dust, litter, and spot-cleaned to remove obvious stains.

d. Floors shall be swept and damp mopped with a disinfectant, they shall be streak free and all black marks removed. Stairwell steps should be swept (including edges/corners), mopped and have wax/floor polish applied.

e. Sweep outside front entrance walkway up to parking area.

f. Both sides of glass at main entrance shall be cleaned.

g. Spot clean walls, woodwork, windows, and glass as necessary to maintain clean conditions.

h. Drinking fountains shall be cleaned with disinfectant and polished. No rust, hard water encrustations or rings shall remain,

i. Clean all telephones with a disinfectant.

j. Areas around and on door handles/plates, stall latches, light switches, and other surfaces that are frequently touched, shall be washed and disinfected.

k. Replace light bulbs as needed.

l. All cleaning supplies, mops, buckets, etc. will be stored in an orderly manner in the assigned rooms, after each use. Keys will remain in the utility closet of main building. Carpet cleaners and vacuums will be maintained, cleaned, and emptied after each use.

Services to be Performed Once a Month: The Last Week of the Month

a. Clean baseboards, wash walls on and around switch plates. Wash glass on bookshelves and display cases.

b. Clean all light fixtures and perform other high cleaning, such as dusting exposed pipes, ceiling fans, tops of partitions, and tops of storage cabinets.

c. Wash all wastebaskets with detergent and disinfectants.

d. Clean with dry and damp cloth all mini blinds.

e. Wash all restroom stalls, urinal partitions, and benches in shower area.

Services to be Performed Four (4) Times a Year: Between December 15-31, March 15-31, June 15-30, and September 15-30

a. Clean and wash all desks, tables, countertops, chairs, file cabinets, storage cabinets, display cases, and bookcases. Contractor shall notify Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) three working days prior to when services are to be done, in order for employees to clean off desks.

b. Clean all walls, picture frames/glass, and clocks.

c. Wash all wood and metal windowsills/frames and doors/door frames.

d. Remove black marks from all office floors, restrooms, and doors.

e. Wash all windows, inside and outside with glass cleaner.

f. Maintain interior light fixtures to remove any insects and cobweb buildup.

g. Clean around outside doors and outside light fixtures to remove any insects and cobweb buildup.

h. Dust venetian blinds and air vent registers throughout the building.

i. All entrances, reception areas, conference rooms, and hallways shall be dusted, including windowsills, hand railings, fire extinguishers, ledges, and doors.

j. Shampoo entire carpeted area with a commercial carpet cleaner.

k. Strip and rewax all tile floors.
