2. Nature and/or Description of the Action Being Processed

a. Description of Requirement: Embedded Computing Processing Boards for the Agile Condor Chassis

b. Sole Source Company:

DY4, Inc 20130 Lakeview Center Plaza Suite 200 Ashburn VA 20147

3. Description of Supplies/Services Required to Meet the Agency’s Needs

The processing boards required will be integrated into the Agile Condor internal payload electronic chassis, SRC642. It has the capability to be flown as an external payload on medium-class UAS platforms. The chassis is capable of supporting our current design with the Dy4, Inc.

computer 3U VPX processing boards.

Computing Boards Specifics and supporting SW/SDK required:

There may be added risk and schedule time if another vendor product is integrated into the system. This will need more testing and verification before delivery to ; adding cost and risk to the transition of the advance computing onboard processing; Agile Condor.

11. Actions to Remove/Overcome Barriers to Increasing Fair Opportunity

The Government will continue to monitor the market in order to identify opportunities to maximize competition in potential future requirements and in the event that the research and development activity changes, other products will once again be evaluated to determine their capability to support future projects.
