About this file
This document includes a notice of conditional contract award and a related justification document. The U.S. Army Department of the Mission Installation and Contracting Command at West Point issued a request for quotes for elevator maintenance and repair services at West Point to support the United States Academic Individual Advanced Development program. The American University was conditionally awarded the contract for $520,000 based on its technical capability and price. The notice states that the award is conditional pending execution of a written contract and reserves the right to cancel the award prior to contract execution. The justification document approves procuring housing for AIAD cadets on an other than full and open competition basis due to American University being the only responsible source able to satisfy requirements.
