Objet : Rencontre Pour Echange D’Information Sur Le Programme

Cet avis d’échange d’information (AEI) concerne une journée porte-ouverte du Gouvernement des Etats Unis, représenté par l’Agence des Etats-Unis pour le Développement International (USAID) au Mali pour informer et échanger sur les opportunités de financement direct des organisations Maliennes non-gouvernementales et des entreprises/compagnies privées sur le «programme annuel des initiatives locales piloté par les acteurs locaux au Mali».

L’USAID/Mali sollicite de rencontrer le 18 avril 2024 de 7:30 du matin à 13:30 heures, les organisations Maliennes non gouvernementales et les entreprises privées qui travaillent seulement dans les secteurs de la santé, l’agriculture, l’éducation, de la paix et de la gouvernance. Le but de la rencontre consistera à expliquer les objectifs de l’APS, les conditions que chaque organisation doit remplir afin d'être éligible pour recevoir les opportunités de financement sous l’APS et apprendre comment travailler avec l’USAID avant et après la signature de subventions.

Cet AEI est une invitation pour les organisations qui voudraient participer à cette rencontre. Cet AEI ne constitue en aucun cas une promesse de financement ou d’attribution du Gouvernement des Etats-Unis et n’oblige en RIEN le Gouvernement des Etats-Unis à supporter les coûts engendrés pour participer à la rencontre. Les informations confidentielles ne pouvant être partagées, ne doivent pas être envoyées.

Cet AEI peut être téléchargé depuis le site web, http://www.grants.gov. Au cas où, les organisations intéressées n’arrivent pas à le télécharger, elles peuvent demander une copie en contactant le Bureau des Contrats de l’USAID par email à l’adresse suivante : bamakoaao@usaid.gov. Les organisations intéressées de participer à cette réunion doivent répondre par écrit soit en Français ou Anglais seulement à l'adresse email suivante: bamakoaao@usaid.gov au plus tard le 1er avril, 2024 en mettant à la ligne du sujet “Réponse to RFI-688-21-MALI-Localization/APS.”

Subject: Exchange of Information

This request for information (RFI) relates to the pre-solicitation meeting with potential Malian Non- Governmental and Malian Private Sector Organizations.

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Mali, is seeking to have a session of information exchange with Malian Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and Malian private sector organizations (MPSO). The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss on the Washington Locally Led Development APS#7200AA19APS00007. Through this announcement and in support of USAID/Mali’s overall localization programming, USAID/Mali invites only Malian NGOs and MPSO organizations working in the sectors of Health, Agriculture and Economic Growth, Peace and Governance and Education.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information gathering and planning purposes from local Malian entities. The RFI does NOT represent any award commitment on the part of the U.S Government and it does NOT obligate the U.S Government to pay for costs incurred to get to the meeting.

Information received as part of this RFI shall become the property of USAID, therefore proprietary information that cannot be shared should not be sent. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Application (RFA), if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the www.grants.gov.

This RFI can be downloaded from http://www.grants.gov. Interested parties who are not able to retrieve the RFI from the Internet can request a copy from the Office of Acquisition and Assistance via email at bamakoaao@usaid.gov.
