PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE
THAT WILL BE ISSUED.
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-22- Q-0390.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) quote for a 27-inch Chock (see attached drawing). This requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set aside basis under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 321211. The small business size standard is 500 employees.

The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9.
Offerors shall include applicable shipping charges FOB Destination, Newport, RI 02841, and specify the delivery time. There is a First Article requirement, with delivery within (4) weeks ARO. Offerors should take note of the attached CDRL and its requirements.
This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable;
(1) The offeror must provide the required supplies in accordance with the above CLIN structure and specifications;
(2) The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213- 7000 where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
Please provide a quote no later than Friday, May 25th, 2022 at 1400 EST to both taylor.souza@navy.mil and john-paul.mccauley.civ@us.navy.mil. The quote must have a validity of 30 days.
