Information Technology Requirement & Specifications Documents Crownpoint SU Cisco Network Line Card 2024

1. Background

The Information Technology program is committed to providing technical leadership and delivery of services to the Crownpoint Service Unit. It serves to provide computing, printing, networking, telecommunications, and application support to the administrative and clinical programs at Crownpoint, Pueblo Pintado, and Thoreau healthcare facilities. The department develops, researches, and implements technologies to optimize the healthcare organization's access and delivery of information.

The IT Department is replacing and adding more Cisco network equipment to provide more device connectivity to the Crownpoint Local Area Network (LAN}, replace legacy Cisco devices, and expansion of the network this fiscal year. This project will add a Cisco line card in the main IT data center to expand copper RJ-45 connectivity to interconnect other CPSU network closets.
