Introduction:

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Rocky Mountain Region 8 on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 19 Montana Healthcare System, intends to negotiate with Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc under the authority of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Subpart 819.70 – Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Acquisition Program, soliciting from a single SDVOSB source, to purchase, ScriptPro Pharmacy Automation System.

The NAICS Code is 423450 Medical, Dental and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The Product/Service Code is 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies GSA anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

Response Request:

Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed in Description of Requirement may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations/proposals or bids. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If competitive procedures are not used it is estimated that an award will be issued by February 1, 2017. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Jessica Miller at jessicas.miller@gsa.gov no later than January 31, 2017 at 9:00 am Mountain Time.
