DESCRIPTION

Parallella-4K NRE Development Work

1.) Design of a 16 (4x4) chip Epiphany III based “Meta” board/module.

2.) Design of a 4096 core carrier/connectivity board with space for 16 separate “Meta” boards, power, clock, and reset functionality, and 4 FMC connectors for connecting to external FPGA boards.

3.) Porting of elink, system integration, and firmware release for the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC line of products.

Initial pre-review board documentation can be found in the links below. The design work does not include the design of the PCIe connectivity board (or equivalent) shown in the 4K, which will be purchased off the shelf.
