About this file

This document contains three Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) related to a federal contract opportunity for downconverter procurement. The CDRLs require the delivery of technical test data for each downconverter unit, including gain, voltage standing wave ratio, 1dB compression, noise figure and current draw measurements across the specified frequency band. Monthly status reports are also required. A Certificate of Compliance must be provided with each unit and include a mercury free statement. Deliverables are to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format to the Naval Sea Systems Command on dates corresponding to material delivery or on the first of each month for status reports. The distribution of data is restricted to the Department of Defense and contractors until September 2030 and includes export control warnings.
