Mobile Device Management

The purpose of this amendment #1 is to clarify questions received from interested vendors.

In order to be considered for award, you must acknowledge this amendment #1. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

1. Regarding the requirement to “Manage 200 current devices with the option to increase the quantity as additional devices are added to the University.” What is the anticipated or estimated level of growth in devices per year over the full period of performance? A rough estimate is fine in round numbers (tens, hundreds or thousands) of devices.

a. We project minimal growth each year and expect to add no more than 100 devices annually

2. Regarding the requirement for: “This will be an on-site deployment”. Would you consider cloud-based software if it meets all other requirements?

a. No

3. In addition to the licenses requested, does USU require Tier II and III support to provide end-user and device administration support as well as system administration to support patches, upgrades and application fixes?

a. We will need administrator with patches, upgrades and application fixes
