EVALUATION FACTORS
1.0 Evaluation Factors
The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror with the technical acceptable capability. Only those offerors submitting technically acceptable quotations shall be considered for award. ☐ Yes ☐ No
2.0 Technical Capabilities
· Parking must be covered (e.g. garage structure), within 0.25 blocks of 1616 N. Ft. Myer Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 and must allow exit/entry 24 hours 7 days a week.

· The garage facility must be handicap accessible. ☐ Yes ☐ No
· Parking facility must have an attendant or be able to have access to the entrance of the garage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ☐ Yes ☐ No
· Parking must allow 29 unreserved parking permits with an option to increase to 21 additional unreserved parking.
· The parking facility must be accessible at all times by permit holders to self-park, lock and retrieve vehicles. Double-parking provisions requiring key storage and attendant retrieval is acceptable. ☐ Yes ☐ No
· If parking facility has more than one level, elevator must be available to allow permit holders to enter and exit at the facilities’ main entry level. ☐ Yes ☐ No
· ADA accessible space(s) must connect to the shortest possible accessible route to the accessible building entrance, elevator access or facility they serve. ☐ Yes ☐ No
Total required parking spaces must be available effective the date of contract award.
3.0 Price
For evaluation purposes, the total evaluated price will be the sum of the Base Period and the option periods.
