2) Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead and include the following information:
a. RFQ Number
b. Contractor’s name, address and phone number
c. DLSC registration
3) The Contractor shall provide terms of any standard commercial warranty offered or provide a copy of the warranty;
4) Certifications: Offerors, i.e., the prime contractor must include evidence of at least one (1) of the following certifications in order to be considered. This requirement “flows down” to any and all intended subcontractors.

b. Current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification or
c. Current US Air Force Certification for the category of components specified by the schedule.
5) The place of performance is currently unknown. The Government will provide Wage Determinations to interested parties upon written request.
6) This repair/overhaul requirement requires possession of US Air Force Technical Orders (AFTOs) or OEM Commercial Maintenance Manuals, specified in the Statement of Work. Inquiries regarding access to any specified technical document maybe submitted to Deborah Glass not later than 06/11/17. Interested parties are reminded that access to technical directives is limited to contractors in possession of a completed and approved DD2345 and Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) registration. Expired certificates or the absence of any one of the required certificates will result in rejection of the offeror’s quote.
Technical Orders: Quotes must include copies of the cover pages of the most current version of the technical directives specified by the Statement of Work (SOW). Missing cover pages or the presence of outdated manuals will result in rejection of the quote. The Government will not delay evaluation and award pending any offeror’s attempts to obtain the required technical data. If a subcontractor is utilized the prime contractor must provide evidence that the subcontractor is in possession of the technical manuals.
