RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS (HSBP1016Q0183)
1. Does the mover have to be a union shop to do work at JFK?
No
1. Are you looking for an hourly rate for a driver, straight truck, and mover or do you want a supervisor rate, installer rate, Project Manager rate, etc too?
The Port of JFK is looking for labor services, including vehicle support, for a variety of tasks. The Awardee can provide a holistic approach or accomplish the services in a straightforward, simple manner by coordinating directly with Points of Contact for specifically identified tasks within the scope of work.
1. The attached SOW is dated for March 29th Are the estimated hours required still the same?
The Port requires 618 hours of labor services.
1. How do we account for travel time to and from the job? We would need one hour of travel time to JFK and one hour of travel time back to our warehouse from JFK.
The vehicle use should be calculated in whichever method makes it most competitive for the Bidder, but should be calculated in a manner that ensures it is only calculated once.
1. Will this solicitation be extended? No extensions allowable at this time due to FY end constraints
1. Will the Representations and certifications be resent on SF 336, or responders be required to extract from FED BIZ OP page? Please extract from System for Award Management (SAM).
